Orders and Shipping
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders above US $150.
All orders are processed the same day, excluding weekends and holidays.
You will receive an email with a tracking number to check the status of your order once it ships.
UAE delivery within 1-2 days during the weekdays
Delivery to Europe, the US, and the rest of the world may take up to 5-9 days.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy. You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
To start a return, please email us at orders@onenessandco.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Unfortunately, we do not cover return shipping costs.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the item at our warehouse. Please note that it may take 2-3 weeks for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
We do not accept returns for items delivered more than 30 days ago, damaged items, or items bought on sale.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and place a new order for the desired product.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved.
